Getting Started

How do I create an account on DreQo?

Creating an account is simple:

  1. Click the "Login" button in the top right corner
  2. Select "Create Account" or "Sign Up"
  3. Enter your name, email address, and password
  4. Verify your email address with the OTP sent to you
  5. Your account will be created automatically

Once verified, you can immediately start placing orders.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity varies by service but generally starts at:

  • 10 units for most services (followers, likes, views)
  • 100 units for some specialized services
  • Custom minimums for premium packages

When creating an order, the system will show you the minimum quantity for your selected service.

How quickly will my order start?

Order processing times vary by service:

  • Instant Start: Most services begin within 5-15 minutes after payment
  • Fast Start: Some services start within 30-60 minutes
  • Scheduled Start: High-volume orders may have a slight delay

You can track your order status in real-time from your dashboard.

Account & Billing

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for the verification code
  5. Enter the code and set a new password

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or request a new code.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept multiple payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Digital Wallets: PayPal, Skrill (coming soon)
  • Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, Ethereum (coming soon)
  • Local Payments: Bkash, Nagad, Rocket (for BDT payments)

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Can I change my account email?

Currently, email addresses cannot be changed directly. Here's what you can do:

  1. Create a new account with your new email address
  2. Contact support to transfer your order history (if needed)
  3. Use the new account for future orders

We're working on adding email change functionality in a future update.

Orders & Services

How do I track my order status?

You can track your orders in several ways:

  • Dashboard: Recent orders appear on your main dashboard
  • Orders Page: View all orders with detailed status
  • Email Notifications: Get updates when order status changes
  • Auto-Refresh: Status updates automatically every 30 seconds

Order statuses include: Pending, In Progress, Completed, and Cancelled.

What happens if my order gets stuck?

If your order appears stuck, try these steps:

  1. Refresh the orders page to get the latest status
  2. Wait 1-2 hours as some services have processing delays
  3. Check your email for any notifications
  4. Contact support with your order ID if still stuck after 4 hours

Most "stuck" orders resolve automatically within a few hours.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Cancellation depends on order status:

  • Pending Orders: Can be cancelled anytime before processing starts
  • Processing Orders: May be partially cancelled depending on progress
  • Completed Orders: Cannot be cancelled
  • Cancelled Orders: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days

To cancel, go to your orders page and click "Cancel" next to the order.

Technical Support

Why is my link not accepting orders?

Links may be rejected for several reasons:

  • Invalid Format: Ensure you're using the correct URL format
  • Private Account: Some services require public profiles
  • Geographic Restrictions: Certain regions may be restricted
  • Platform Issues: Temporary platform API issues

Try these solutions:

  1. Double-check the URL for typos
  2. Ensure the account/profile is public
  3. Try a different link format
  4. Contact support if issue persists
The website is not loading properly. What should I do?

If you're experiencing loading issues:

  1. Clear Cache: Clear your browser cache and cookies
  2. Update Browser: Ensure you're using the latest browser version
  3. Disable Extensions: Temporarily disable ad blockers or extensions
  4. Try Different Browser: Use Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
  5. Check Internet: Ensure stable internet connection
  6. Mobile Users: Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data

If problems continue, contact us with your browser and device details.

How do I switch between USD and BDT currencies?

Switching currencies is easy:

  1. Look for the currency dropdown in the top navigation (when logged in)
  2. Select either "USD ($)" or "BDT (৳)"
  3. All prices will automatically convert using our exchange rate (1 USD = 125 BDT)
  4. Your preference will be saved for future visits

Note: Currency selection is only available when logged in. The system remembers your preference.
