What information do I need to provide?

Account & Security

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your registered email address
  4. Check your email for the password reset link
  5. Click the link and set your new password

If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, you can change your email address:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "Settings" from the main menu
  3. Click on "Account Settings"
  4. Enter your new email address
  5. Verify the new email through the confirmation link sent

Note: Your order history and account data will be transferred to the new email address.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your DreQo account:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to "Settings"
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your password
  5. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account

Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your order history and data will be permanently removed. Make sure to download any invoices or records you need before proceeding.
